Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling is an adults-only pastime, not a way to make money. Keep track of how long you play and how much you spend, and only play with money you can afford to lose.
Deposit limits
You can set a daily or monthly deposit limit based on what you are prepared to spend. Contact our support team by email or live chat to set, change or remove a limit, and we send you an email when you reach it.
Self-exclusion
If you need a break, you can exclude yourself for a week, a month, a year or for good. Once you fill in, sign and return the self-exclusion form, we freeze your account for that period, and it reopens only after the period ends and our management has reviewed it. Nobody under 18 may open an account.
Signs to look out for
Hiding how much you play, chasing losses, borrowing to gamble or spending money meant for bills and food are signs that gambling has become a problem.
