Who can join

Fair Go Casino is open to players over 18 who are of legal age where they live. You can play with us only if gambling is legal from the place you connect from, and our services are not offered to anyone physically present where interactive gambling is prohibited. Our staff, partners and their immediate families cannot take part.

Your account

Each player may hold one real-money account. Extra accounts are closed, and players who open several accounts, even with different personal details, lose their winnings and have their withdrawals cancelled. Keep your account details and password private and never let anyone else, including a minor, use your account. An account with no activity for 12 months becomes inactive and its balance is void.

Fun mode

Our games are made for entertainment. You can play in fun mode without betting money, and playing for real money is always your own choice.

Verification

We verify every player before paying out. We may ask for a colour photo ID such as a driver licence or passport, a recent utility bill that shows your address, and copies of the cards you deposited with. Pending withdrawals are put on hold until verification is complete.

Withdrawals

You need to wager each deposit at least once before you request a payout. Winnings go back to the payment method you deposited with where possible, and only to an account you own and control. We process withdrawals within two business days after verification, with limits of up to $7,500 a week and $30,000 a month, and larger wins may be paid over several weeks.

Bonuses

Bonuses follow our bonus rules and the terms of each offer. A bonus has to be claimed before you start playing with the deposit, only one promotion can run at a time, and bonuses are not available while a withdrawal is pending. We may refuse a bonus where we suspect promotion abuse and may change or end any promotion at any time.

Fair play and conduct

Cheating, fraud, collusion and abusive language are not tolerated and can lead to a suspended account and void winnings. We can add new games or retire existing ones at any time.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your winnings.
